Transaction Patterns . The analysis of transaction patterns reveals a consistent trend across different countries, with most transactions involving the purchase of approximately 5.36 to 5.38 products per transaction. This consistency suggests shopping behaviors are relatively uniform across regions, indicating a standard purchasing pattern regardless of geographic location. This stability in the number of products purchased per transaction provides insight into global shopping habits and helps in understanding consumer behavior on a broader scale.
Figure 4 visually represents this consistency through a boxplot, which displays the average number of products purchased per transaction by country. The boxplot effectively shows the range and median of product quantities, highlighting that purchasing behavior remains stable across various countries. This graphical representation confirms the uniformity in transaction patterns and assists in identifying any potential deviations or anomalies in shopping behavior across different markets.
