By implementing an intelligent and automated inventory management system, the project aims to provide healthcare providers with a seamless method for monitoring inventory levels, predicting demand, and ensuring the timely availability of resources crucial for high-quality patient care. This analysis focuses on developing and implementing a Smart Inventory Management System for hospitals and clinics, covering medical supplies such as pharmaceuticals, consumables, and durable equipment. It includes system design, integration with existing healthcare information systems, user training, and evaluating its effectiveness in improving inventory processes. However, it does not encompass the entire healthcare supply chain, excluding procurement and supplier management. It relies heavily on IoT and cloud technologies, which depend on internet connectivity and data security—potential limitations in regions with poor infrastructure (Goyal, 2022). Variability in implementation success may occur across different healthcare settings due to unique challenges, and changes in regulatory requirements during the project could also impact outcomes. 3.
