Flashes of Light USD alumnus Matthew Dominick ‘05 (BS/ BA) uses handheld camera flashes to illuminate his course as he floats through the ISS in this long exposure image taken by the astronaut on July 4, 2024. Dominick shared the digital photograph on social media with the caption: “Happy 4th of July! No fireworks on ISS so we used camera flashes instead. Experimented with ‘light painting’ today.”
