A BLUEPRINT FOR EXCELLENCE USD School of Law Facilities Improvement Fund

A DRAMATIC UPGRADE TO USD School of Law facilities is essential to accommodate programmatic enhancements and our growing number of students and faculty. Our robust graduate and certificate programs have increased exponentially, along with partnership degree programs with SDSU and UCSD, resulting in the need for more space and improved resources. The renovations will provide USD School of Law with the ability to accommodate current and future growth as well as the environment it requires to excel in the 21st century, including: ❱❱ A central gathering space on the ground floor that makes the law school a compelling destination for the University community. ❱❱ State-of-the-art classrooms that will return USD School of Law to the forefront of technology-enhanced teaching and learning.

❱❱ Expanded small-group workspaces and meeting areas that will facilitate collaboration. ❱❱ Improved access to student-facing offices, including Admission and Financial Aid, Law Student Affairs, and the Office of Career and Professional Development. ❱❱ Increased and more prominent space for student-run organizations and academic clinics. ❱❱ Enhanced connection to campus life through interiors will reflect the USD identity and offer greater access to surrounding green spaces.
