Also hit 19 doubles and swiped 26 bases .. Prep Outstanding prep athlete at Canyon Del Oro High School in Tucson ... Hit .404 as a prep senior leading COO to a State Championship title... Named a first team all-state performer following that championship campaign .. Hit .389 as a junior at COO, garnering All-Southern Arizona honors... First Team All-Arizona running back, starring on the COO football team. Personal Born on December 15, 1983 in Tucson, Arizona ... Was also recruited to play baseball at Kansas State, Oklahoma State and New Orleans... Chose to attend USO for the quality of education...
