Ascetic and practical stimuli to action in this matter are provided by the provocative letter of his Excel- lency. We need all be reminded periodi- cally that bishops · are the successors of the Apostles, that they have their authority direct from Jesus Christ. All will reach that quota, model Christians will surpass it. "My meat is to do the will of Him Who sent me."
