Alpha Phi was founded in 1872 at Syracuse University in New York. They were established at USO in 1989. Their symbol and mascot is a teddy bear, or the "Phi Bear," their colors are Silver and Bordeaux, and their flowers are the Lily-of-the-Valley and the Forget-me-Not.

Alpha Phi International Fraternity is a membership organization dedicated to promoting sisterhood, cultivating leadership, encouraging intellectual curiosity and advocating service.

Alpha Phi develops character for a lifetime.
