IT Support will be responsible for deploying the system in real environments, while the Training Coordinator will develop the necessary training materials. Finally, the project will conclude with a Post-Implementation Review over weeks twenty-five and twenty-six. This phase will involve creating a post-implementation review report and documenting user feedback. The PM will lead the review meeting, and all team members will provide feedback and insights based on their experiences throughout the project.

5. Data Collection and Analysis For the Smart Inventory Management System project, data collection will be conducted through a combination of primary and secondary sources. Primary research will involve direct engagement with healthcare professionals and staff through surveys and interviews, yielding firsthand insights into current inventory management practices, pain points, and the potential adoption of technological solutions. Surveys will be distributed to various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, targeting supply chain managers, pharmacists, and nursing staff who are involved in daily inventory management and control.
