10.​ Conclusion Overall this capstone project enabled the use of information learned through the course of this graduate program. Through the use of the different analysis methodologies, risk assessment, implementation plan, final recommendation is to purchase the pilates studio. The pilates studio offers the best opportunity for profitable long term growth. The significance of the project for me is that I am able to apply this analysis process when I am ultimately in a position to pursue this goal of mine. Lastly, the final takeaway that I gained over the course of this project is that real information specific to the business is extremely valuable when evaluating the profitability of it.
