Implementation and Results

The implementation plan detailed in Table 5 and depicted in Figure 1 outlines a six-month

phased rollout for organizations adopting Mentor Link Solution’s hybrid mentorship and knowledge

retention program. The schedule is a rough estimate of our first implementation, but it may vary based

on our experience deploying the program and the size of the partner organization.
