What is your most memorable moment in your USO swimming or diving career? Going 1, 2, 3, 4 in the 200 back sophomore year against Loyola Marymount and going under one minute in the 100 backstroke, and breaking 2:10 in 200 backstroke during my junior year.

What is your most memorable moment in your USO swimming or diving career? My two most memorable moments arewinning themile at theWAC Championship my senior year and fin ishing in 2nd place in the 800 meter Freestyle Relay at the WAC Championship meet in my fifth year.

What is your favorite CD? My iPod? But our swim pump up CD's are the best!

What is your favorite food in general or pre-swim meet meal? Pasta, of course' I'm part Italian!

What is your philosophy on life? Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss you'll land among the sta rs.

Where is your favorite place to vacation? Home - my parents spoil me whenever I go home! I also love going to Japan.

What is your favorite animal? Panda bears-they are so cute it's hard not to love them

What makes the USO swim/dive experience so unique? We are a close knit family that becomes your support system. We do everything together and we love each other.

What is your favorite activity to do in or around the city of San Diego? Go to the beach!

What's on your iPod? Lots of country with a smattering of everything else.

Prep Swam for Ursuline High of Petaluma... Qualified for league tournament in the 100 backstroke all four years in high school as well as the 200 individual medley her junior year... MVP her junior and senior years and placed second in league for the 100 backstroke her senior year. Personal Born in Greenbrae, CA to Dee and Denise Fedrick... MemberofTwin Valley Aquatics where she received Most Inspirational honors... Chose USO for the teaching program, the level of competition in swimming and the weather ... Liberal Studies and Elementary Education major with a concentration in Spanish.

Prep A graduate of Bainbridge High School... All-American honors and 2nd place at state as a junior... Led the team her senior year as Captain to 2nd place again as wel l as All-American honors... Participated in water polo as well... Coached by Greg Colby... Swam for Bainbridge Island Swim Club. Personal Political Science Major and Business Administration & Leadership Minor ... Came to USO for warm weather, the swim program and small classes... Highly recruited by University of Arkansas, University of Miami, Rider University, and Syracuse University... Born on February 16, 1987 in Fairfax, Virgi nia... Is an only child ... Daughter of Robert and Stephanie Gleason.
