Excellent student at Mission Bay; named to the San Diego Union Tribune All-Academic Team. OFF THE COURT: Born on October 10, 1986 in Hershey, Pennsylvania... Daughter of John and Catherine Sprague of San Diego... Was heavily recruited out of high school by Penn State, Kansas State, Vanderbilt, Oregon State and Arizona State, among others... Chose to attend USD to play college basketball in front of her family and friends, while also being an impact player for a team on the rise.

Was a McDonald's All-America Nominee and named one of the top-10 prep players in the state of Washington... Served as the Braves' team captain as both a junior and senior...
