2000: Batted .333 whil e appearing in 18 games for USD. She recorded five hits, two runs and two RBI. Wells led the Toreros versus Point Loma Nazarene, batting 2-for-3 with I RBI. She also recorded a 1-2 win-loss record from the mound. Wells struck out IO batters in 22 innings. She was selected to the AII-WISL academi c team in her sophomore campaign. t 999: Joined USD as a fre shman and immediately the er ches began to see athletici sm, pitching ability, good hitting mechan ics and unl imited J :ntial. She was a three-time Honorabl e Mention Al l-Metro League selection and te2 :apta in in her senior year. In her

junior season Li z helped lead her team to their first ever playoff appearance and placed 5tL 111 State . Wells also played travel so ftball in the 16 & 18 under Gold National Tournaments. She also lettered in vo ll eyball (3 years), basketball and track (shot put). In volleyball , Li z was a First Team All-Metro selecti on and received Bes t Offensive Player Award in her senior year.
