Assistant Director for Marketing Chris Morales enters hi s third year with the USD athletics department. He oversees all promotio nal activities for USD Athletics, client services for corporate sponsorship, group activities and on/off campus organizational involvement at athletic events. Chris Loucks is in his third year as Asst. Dir. of Media Relations. His duties in– clude coordinating radio and TV, producing media guides, press releases, brochures and game programs for numerous Torero sports. Loucks also updates and maintains the athletic website for the sports that he covers. Prior to USO, Loucks was a graduate assistant at Gonzaga University where he served as the primary media contact for women's soc–

cer baseball and men's and women's tennis. He also served as a Media Relations As:istant at UC Riverside from 2002-2004 serving as the Highlanders' primary me– dia contact for men's soccer and softball. Loucks also worked in the Sports Infor– mation offices at Cal State Fullerton and Saddleback College. ln 2002, Loucks received his B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in public relations from Cal State Fullerton. She helped supervise a staff of over a dozen full time and student equipment managers in the daily operation of an Equip– ment Services Deparm1ent that serviced eighteen varsity sports. Maggie has a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre D ame and a master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Connec_a – cut. She is a certified member o f the Athletic Equipment Manager's Associa– tion.
