NOTEWORTHY: Named team's Best Defensive Player. Also earned the Zable Athletic Excel– lence Award which is presented to the player who by his effort level and commitment in practice and games, sets a standard for excellence. 2003-2004 AT USD: Missed first six games of the season recovering from a stress fracture. His first Torero game came at Utah where he played 16 minutes and scored 8 points. He hit his stride in WCC play where he started all 14 games and averaged 16.5 points per game and 8.1 rebounds while shooting 50.6 percent from the

floor and 78.6 percent fromt the charity stripe. Overall he played in 24 games with 16 starts and ranked first on the team in rebounding (7 .0) and second in scoring (14.3 ppg) . He totaled 17 games in double digits with a season best 29 points (vs. USF, 2-21-04) and posted five double-doubles - Gonzaga (19/10), Portl and (16/13), Santa Clara (18/10), Loyola Marymount (13/12) and San Francisco (29/14). Against USF where he tossed in the 29 points, Brandon converted l l -of- 16 shots from the field, including 4-of-5 treys. JUNIOR COLLEGE: Named Most Valuable Player in Jayhawk West Conference in 2002-03 while playing at Seward County Community College in Kansas. Was also recognized as Ist TeamAll-Conference and All-Region VI ... played in 31 games (25 -6) where he averaged 14.9 ppg and 8.4 rpg while shooting 49.4% from the fi eld (1 59x322), 35.9% from three-point (28x78) and 83.5% from the charity stripe ( ll 6x 139) ... added 34 blocks and 24 steal s. COLLEGE: Started career at Southern Mi ssissippi where he redshirted hi s freshman year (2000-01 ), then played half of the season in 2001-02 before deciding to transfer out.
