Posted a winning record (2-1) for the third consecutive season ... Pitched his best during his only start of the season, eight scoreless innings of four-hit baseball vs. Navy (3/16). Sophomore in 2003 Made 11 starts and 21 total appearances... Broke USO out of an early season losing streak by throwing seven plus innings, beating UC Riverside (2-17-03) on the road ... Struck out a career-high six while starting and pitch– ing seven complete innings in a win over San Francisco (3-16-03)... Won again during four plus innings of work vs. St. Mary's (4-19-03)... Finished the season 4-3 with an ERA of 6.03... Made two post season appearances, striking out two in as many innings against Notre Dame... Totaled 31 K's and walked 19 over the course of the season. Made two postseason appearances, lasting three plus innings against Arizona State at the NCAA Regionals (6-1-02) in which he struck out a then-career-high five batters. Prep Played at Bonita Vista HS in Bonita, California .. Recorded 105 strikeouts in 100 innings of work as a senior.. . Was named first team All-Metro, Mesa Pitcher of the Year and earned AII-CIF 1st team honors as a senior.. Led Bonita Vista to the Mesa League Championship as a senior... As a sophomore and junior, Warlop was named to the All-Metro League First Team ... As a sophomore, Warlop posted 1.81 ERA and an 8-4 record .. His high school career totals were 284 innings, 1.75 ERA and a 26-14 record ... Warlop was named Bonita Vista's MVP as a junior and senior.. Warlop was coached by Bill Getz at Bonita Vista... Was twice picked as a First Team Al l-South Coast Conference player... Totaled 17 homeruns, 30 doubles and 117 hits spanning two seasons as a Mountie. Prep/Personal Attended Glendora High School, lettering in baseball and football .. Al l– Baseline League football performer... Coached as a prep baseball player by Dan Henley... Weston's father, Larry, played baseball at Cal State Dominguez Hills...
