The eight-team WCC baseball league as we know it has been in existence since 1996 when Portland and Gonzaga were added, both mak– ing the move from the Pac-IO North .The current two– division format began in I999. Prior to I985 US D was a member of the Southern California Basebal l Association, initiating Division I play in 1979.
