The United Front is th e mother orga– njza ti on fo r all the multi cultu ral clubs on campus. These clubs include: the Asian Student Assoc ia tion, th e Assoc ia ti on o f Chi cana Acti vis ts, the Black Stud ent Union, the Filipino Ugnaya n Stud ent Orga ni za ti on, th e Jew ish Student Union, Mov imi ento Es tudi antil Crucano / Chi ca na de Az tl an, and PRIDE. All o f th ese muliticultura l clubs are student orga nizations that work toge ther to p romote di versity Ln the USO communi ty. The United Front Multicultural Cen– ter (UFMC) was es tablished in 1993 and conta ins njne orga niza ti ons. It has a large student s ta ff cons is ting of twe lve under– gradua te wo rkers and two Gradua te Assis– tants who work through an inte rnsrup. The enti re s taff, w ith the help of th e Di rec tor of th e United Fron t Multicultu ra l Center, Guad alupe Corona, wo rks hard towards the goa ls tha t refl ec t those of th e United Front orgaru za ti on .
