Showcase Judy Mc(/)onald

As Director of Showcase I have a huge follow– ing. I can't even go into a 7-11 anymore without some punk asking me for an autograph. I don't mind though, because I did it all for comedy. Yes Paco, you heard me right, Showcase equals top quality, Grade A stand-up comedy. My job forces me to work with agents and saywords like, "Cio, babe" and"Immoral". Hollywood people are great, just great, call me we'll do lunch. So, I book the comedians, get the publicity out and order the all important pizza. Sure comedy can be tough; waking up at 4:30 AM to feed the chickens and write jokes. But if it was not for comedy, I would probably not be funny.

A.S. Social has worked very hard this year and accomplished many goals. They have put on many successful events including Homecoming. The halftime show and the "Bright Lights, Big City" Dinner- Dance held at the Hyatt in Downtown, San Diego was a great success. Many other events were schedule by Social and with the help of a great committee they were a huge success. They worked hard and succeeded in bringing the USD community some fun and exciting events throughout the year.
