Our job, as Senior Senators, is to make sure that the Senior Class is informed about upcoming Senior/Student Body events. We also try to resolve important issues involving the students. The Senior Senators are the liaison between the Senior Class and the Associated Students which means that we take our positions very seriously. We have planned many events in order to bring the Senior Class closer together. Some of the fun class activities we planned included Happy Hours at Guava Beach, Senior/Sophomore Graffiti Wipe-Out, a trip to the Chargers game, Faculty/Senior Coffee Hours, andmore.

With classes a lot tougher and very busy schedules, the Junior Senators worked hard to promote class spirit and pride. Their job is to communicate the cares and concerns of the class to the student government, fac– ulty and staff of USD. They had to attend Student Issues Board, Senate, and Budget Committee meetings. They were also respon– sible for programming events and providing the Junior class with fun and exciting activi– ties throughout the year.
