Positive Choices
Substance abuse is one of the most pervasive problems likely to affect student life. The irresponsible use of alcohol and drugs creates major health and safety problems which can potentially affect us all. The Office of Alcohol and Drug Education exists to help combat this destructive be~avior. It's events include the Alcala Leadership Program, made up of students identified by peers, faculty, and administratiors ~s leaders on campus; Cam– pus Connections, agroup of peer paraprofessional counselors, and College Cab, an alternative means of transportation for USD undergradudates in unsafe situations.
