Volleyball Club Entering various tournaments in the San Diego area and beyond, the orga– nization holds beach and grass tourna– ments as well as indoor tournaments on and off-campus. Cycling Club In its fifth year of existence, the USD Cycling Club/Team continues to fill the need among USO cyclists for honoring their cycling skills and knowledge. Origi– nally the club was open to all types of cyclists. Over the years it has evolved into a club which primarily promotes and encourages bicycle training. As a sanc– tioned team within both the United States Cycling Federation and the West Coast Cycling Conference, riders are eligible to participate in a wide group of races. Mem– bers of the dub/team enjoy bi-weekly meetings, training rides, mechanical tips, and collegiate races. The club also co– sponsors the "USO Cycling Grand Prix," a large on-campus bicycle race.
