Sigma Pi Epsilon Chi Chapter

SIGMA PI Fraternity is today, more than ever before, an integral and functional part of the Uni– versity of San Diego environment. Through its many facets of operation, Sigma Pi, in its tenth year, compliments the college education of its members. As a social unit, the "Cutting Edge" belongs to Sigma Pi, with such events as M*A*S*H BASH, the first annual Oktoberfes t, Get Ripped Bash, 10th Year Reunion Ball, the Charter Ball in Las Vegas, and the infamous San Felipe. The varied social life Sigma Pi provides for its mem– bers promotes involvement in extracurricular ac– tivities, and embodies the ideal of friendship

among students. As an educational unit, Sigma Pi is a forum for the continual discussion of new ideas; a laboratory where the members learn the fundamentals of business management, leader– ship, and self-government; and a workshop in which members acquire the ability to work and live with others. These are skills that will prove useful lifelong. Sigma Pi is also a Brotherhood, dedicated to forming the life-long bond of friend– ship among its undergraduate and alumni mem– bers. In short, Sigma Pi is an investment in one's future, perhaps the best investment a college stu– dent can make.
