Mexican Flag Wanted Graduate student Kristen Zagarella is planning a campus celebration for Mexican Independence Day, but she needs your help. Zagarella needs a Mexican flag and any other decorations you may have for the Sept. 16 event, which will take place in front of the university center. Loma Hall Nearing Completion Finishing touches will be put on Alcala Park's newest building this month. Loma Hall is located behind Guadalupe Hall and Warren School ofLaw. The bottomfloor of the air-conditioned building houses the expanded Bookstore and Mail Center. The secondfloor is home to the Electrical Engineering and Physics departments, and the third floor is occupied by the History, Sociology and Psychology departments.
