The suitability score box plots in Figure 15 illustrate the spread of scores for each restaurant. Restaurants such as Olive Garden, Five Guys, and Yard House have a narrower range, while restaurants such as Wendy’s,

Johnny Rockets, and Pick Up Stix have a wider range. The range of scores can suggest menu variety or reflect cuisine type.
