Prioritizing Real-Time Tracking and Automated Reordering in Medical Inventory Systems The data depicted in Figure 3 (below) reveals that real-time tracking is the most highly valued feature, with 60% of stakeholders prioritizing it, indicating a strong need for immediate and accurate visibility of inventory to ensure the availability of critical medical supplies. Automated reordering is the next most preferred feature at 45%, reflecting stakeholders’ desire to minimize manual intervention and reduce the risk of stockouts through timely and efficient replenishment processes.
