Lesson learned: It was phenomenal to understand that change will be accepted when it's introduced as an improvement. If a system makes users feel disrupted, it is unlikely to be accepted, and chances of resistance would be significantly high. Explainability and rule-based alerts are more important than sophistication in the early stages. Dashboards can be indeed powerful to visualize and reduce resistance against AI-based systems.
